11. DUTIES OF THE PRESIDENT

  1. It is the duty of the President to preside at all regular and special meetings of the Joint Board.
  2. It is the duty of the President to notify the Secretary to call all regular and special meetings of the Joint Board.
  3. It is the duty of the President to develop the agenda for all meetings and deliver the agenda to the Secretary/Treasurer on a timely basis and to verify that the agenda is appropriately posted.
  4. It is the duty of the President to direct the activities of the Joint Board and to appoint committees deemed necessary to provide for such activities.
    1. All appointments shall be subject to Board approval.
