15. COMMITTEES

  1. All committees are formed for the purpose of making advisory recommendations to the Joint Board for action.
  2. The Joint Board reserves all decision-making authority foritself.
  3. All committees will be chaired by a Joint Board member.
  4. Committee members shall be appointed by the President,subject to approval by the Joint Board.
  5. The Building and Equipment Committee shall be a standing committee.

David and Carolyn Cleveland have given the BFCESD a $500,000 matching grant to assist building the new fire and ambulance hall.

Every dollar donated will be matched by the Clevelands up to $500,000.
