FIRE FISCAL:The District shall use the total equalized property value of the District for those participating in fireprotection and each entity will be responsible for their portion(entity’s equalized property value divided by the total epv) ofthe budget.
AMBULANCE FISCAL: The District shall use a formula based on each Town’s and Village’s proportion of their equalized property value adjusted based on their proportion of ambulance calls over the immediately preceding three years, with 60% of their share based upon their equalized property value and 40% based upon their proportion of ambulance calls over the immediately preceding three years for those participating in ambulance services Fiscal participation will be different for fire protection and ambulance service.
VOTING PARTICIPATION: Each entity will have one vote.
