Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 6:30 PM, BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Scott Spaeth made a motion to approve November 9, 2023 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by Bob Moulette, carried 6-0
  4. Public Input-None
  5. Fire Department Report—See Attached, Also reported on meeting with Village regarding water usage issues.
  6. Ambulance Service Report—See Attached
  7. Scott Spaeth made a motion to approve the RFP letter to send out to 5 EMS Billing Company’s, 2nd by Al Dirkes, TOB-Yea, TOD-Yea, TOE-Yea, TOLL-Yea, TOCL-Yea, TOW-Yea, VOB-Absent Carried 6-0
  8. BFCESD Auxiliary Report—See Attached, Scott Spaeth mentioned that when ever we need food etc for Firefighter/EMS to contact Market Place for what we need.
  9. Building Committee report—Rewording of Building Committee to Building Maintenance Report-Ken, Vince and or Becki to report.
  10. Long Term Capital Plan Update—Mike Hessling presented updated Long Term Capital Plan spreadsheet.
  11. Discussion was made on the BFCESD Logo that was presented. Al Dirkes made a motion to accept the BFCESD Logo that was presented, 2nd by Cindy, carried 6-0
  12. Item #12 was Tabled until Jan 11, 2024 meeting–Discussion on Social Media sites
  13. Rick Oswalt made a motion to accept the Amended Bylaws #6 regarding Town of Birchwood 100% Amb Coverage, and aka “Friends of the BFCESD” in paragraph #17, 2nd by Bob Moulette, Carried 6-0 TOB-Yea, TOD-Yea, TOE-Yea, TOLL-Yea, TOW-Yea, VOB- Absent, TOCL-Yea, Carried 6-0
  14. New Business
    TOB-Nothing, TOD-Nothing, TOE-Nothing, TOLL-Nothing, TOW- nothing VOB-Absent, TOCL-Develop of Joint Board Google Docs to use for meeting documents to share. Kick off Capital Campaign for New Ambulance
