Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  7. Friends of the BFCESD Report-See Attached Report Friends are donating to the BFCESD Amb Truck Campaign $20,000.00. Don B made a motion to transfer the $20,000.00 to the Amb Truck, 2nd by DeWayne R, carried 5-0.
  8. Bylaws Committee have met twice.
  9. Al D will contact Coe, Cuskey & Stephens Law Firm regarding looking at Bylaw document.
  10. Building Maintenance report-Daryle R mowed hill side.
  11. TABLED UNTIL AUG 14th Meeting. Capital Accts to a Financial Business with better rates and term.
  12. Long Term Capital Plan Update-Closed the UTV Savings acct and transferred $8,456.07 to Ambulance Campaign Acct per Amb Director
  13. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance- Total amount in
    Amb Capital Acct is $122,138.27, Amb Campaign Acct $66,560.43, TOTAL $188,698.70.

  15. DeWayne R made a motion to approve donations $103.00 to Friends Acct,
    $250 to the Fire Dept towards AED purchase, $350 to Amb Truck Acct that were received since June 12 meeting, 2nd by Rick Oswalt. Carried 5-0
    Donation of Life Insurance Money from DeWayne Everson Estate of $32,057.18 to be put into the BFCESD Building Fund Capital Acct., 2nd by DeWayne R. Carried 5-0.
  16. Rick O made a motion to approve the Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by Don B, Carried 5-0.
  17. Don B made a motion to Approve Bills as presented for payments
    Main Acct–E-PAY # 402-410, CHECKS 9219-9239, Friends Acct–Checks 1115-1117,
    AMB Track Acct–E-pay 3-25 trans to Amb Truck Acct, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 5-0.
  18. Review Correspondence—Wise Property email regarding Donation of Property and from Land Title Company.
