Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. DeWayne R made a motion to approve August 14, 2025 Meeting Minutes, 2nd by Rick O, Carried 4-0
  4. Public Input-Linda was contacted about that the Fire Chief and Amb Directors position look like it’s one position on the website. Asked is anyone was at the Washburn Cty ¼ WTA meeting, subject of driveways ordinance. She will be asking for public records on the Audit reports.
  5. Fire Department Report—See attached
  6. Rick O made a motion to approve purchase of the Demo Genesis Combination Vehicle Extrication Tool from Industrial Safety in the amount of $15,565.00 from the Fire Capital Acct, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 4-0
  7. Ambulance Service Report-See report
  8. Report from Bylaws Committee—Al, DeWayne and Don met with the Lawyer and ask them to go over the bylaws and check current statutes. Was hoping to get an answer for this meeting but never rec’d anything will add to next month’s agenda.
  9. Building Maintenance report-Need to get pest control in for the fall spray.
  10. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance—Have a total of $243,288.57– $142,516.21 in AMB CAPITAL ACCT, AMB Truck Campaign Acct $100,772.36 as of 9/2/25.
