Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Don B. made a motion to approve Feb 12, 2025 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by Terry O., Carried 7-0
  4. Public Input-Linda Zilmer-follow up that Bob Langham was unable to attend.
  5. Fire Department Report—See Attached Reports
  6. Ambulance Service Report
    1. Discussion was made regarding Direct Deposit for Payroll no action was made. This will be addressed during Budget time.
    2. New Hires—this was discussed and no action was taken
    3. Dana Sechler-via Zoom discussed the Result of Sawyer Cty Innovation Grant Study and answered questions from the BFCESD Commissioners.

  8. Building Maintenance report- Nothing to report
  9. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance We’re a total of $304,392.94, $173,765.88-Amb Capital, $130,627.06—Amb Truck Campaign Acct
  10. New Business—TOB—Nothing, TOCL—Don contacted Synergy Community Giving and will let us know if we get anything, TOD—Nothing, TOE—Nothing, TOLL—Nothing, TOW—Nothing, VOB—Nothing
  11. Don B. made a motion to approve donations that were received since the last meeting of $1,800.00 to the new ambulance from Benifity Match, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 7-0
  12. DeWayne R. made a motion to approve Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by Don B., Carried 7-0
  13. Terry 0. made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment.
