Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold a meeting on Tuesday August 18th, 2026 6:00 PM at the 

BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

 

AGENDA OF DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS

  1. Pledge of Allegiance
  2. Roll Call
  3. Discussion on account openings at Sterling Bank, Sterling Bank personnel will be available to answer questions.
  4. Motion to approve or decline proposal from Sterling Bank.
  5. If item #4 is approved, Motion for approval of which specific accounts to be opened and their money to be transferred to Sterling Bank Rice Lake from Dairy State Bank Birchwood.
  6. Motion to approve a designated Commissioner/Commissioners to be contact person/persons for Sterling Bank
  7. Motion for approval of the signers for the accounts at Sterling Bank, Rice Lake w/their Titles.
  8. Adjourn

A quorum of board members from each municipality may be present. No actions will be taken by any participating governmental body other than those stated in this notice.
