Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold a meeting on Thursday June 9th, 2022 6:30 PM at the 

BFCESD offices at 101 West Loomis Street, Suite B, Birchwood WI.

  3. Approve May 12, 2022 Meeting Minutes.
  4. Public Input.
  5. Fire Department Report. 
  6. Ambulance Service Report. 
  7. Approve Rent of the Office suite B Loomis Ave.
  8. Update on BFCESD Auxiliary Committee 
  9. Review BFCESD Contact List and Sub Committee Assignments.
    1. Consider combining fundraising committee with building committee
  10. Fund Raising Committee Report.
  11. Building Committee report.
  12. Updated Bylaws review.
  13. Approve donations that were received since the last meeting.
  14. Approve Bookkeepers report. 
  15. Approve Bills as presented for payment.
  16. Review Correspondence. 
  17. Commissioners Input.
  18. Adjourn.

A quorum of board members from each municipality may be present. No actions will be taken by any participating governmental body other than those stated in this notice.
