Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold a meeting on Thursday at the 

BFCESD Office

  4. Public Input
  5. Fire Department Report, approve refurbish of Engine 2, at an estimated cost of $72,000
  6. Ambulance Service Report,
  7. Discuss and vote on Construction Manager Contract
  8. Discuss and vote on whether to create a BFCESD website and with who.
  9. Approve donations that were received since the last meeting
  10. Report from BFCESD Bylaws Development Committee including discussion of recommended bylaw changes and approval process.
  11. Discuss the Fund Balance Policy
  12. Discuss and vote on the handling of Brick/building donations and grant matches
  13. Discuss and vote on changing the invoice date and due date for the building promissory notes
  14. Discuss and vote on whether to separate the construction project to be able to start work before all funds are committed for the project
  15. Approve Bookkeepers report and approve bills
  16. Review Correspondence,
  17. Commissioners Input
  18. Adjourn
