  6. Approve donations that were received since the last meeting
  7. Approve the web page and on using paypal for donations on web page
  8. Update from the Cleveland’s regarding their matching grant
  9. Update from Building Committee
  10. Vote on whether to extend and/or accept partial payments on the Promissory notes for the new building
  11. Review letter from BFCESD attorney regarding the BFCESD Original agreement and the proposed by-laws.
  12. Report from BFCESD Bylaws Development Committee, discussion of updated By-laws, vote on the updated By-laws
  13. Approve Bookkeepers report and approve bills
  14. Review Correspondence
  15. Commissioners Input
  16. Adjourn
