Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Terry O made a motion to approve November 13, 2025 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by Don B, Carried 6-0
  4. Public Input—Linda Z History of District Bylaws, questioned about legal review if separate by-laws are needed. Don K-Edgewater concerns about response time to his property on Legacy Rd. Mick Givens past President of the BFCESD passed away in early Dec.
  5. Fire Department Report—See report
  6. Ambulance Service Report—See report
    1. Discuss Ambulance Bylaws for Approval- Tabled until later date
    2. Sponsorship of EMS Students will discuss this at a later date
  7. Friend of BFCESD Report-See Report
  8. Report from Bylaws Committee-Al talked to the Sec and she said there would be a response by the end of the week
    1. Discussion was made regarding Technology & Communications Policy DeWayne R made a motion to approve the Tech and Communications Policy as presented, 2nd by Terry O, Carried 6-0
    2. Discussion was made regarding the District Building Security Camera Policy. Terry O made a motion to approve the policy as presented, 2ndy by Don B, Carried 6-0.
  9. Building Maintenance report—6 Emergency Light need to be ordered.
  10. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance $255,572.90 as of 12/12/2025 Had a good outcome for Giving Tues Rec’d $11,150.
  11. Terry O made a motion to Approve Cindy F to sign up thru Benifity for future donation of local resident, 2nd by Don B, Carried 6-0

  13. Don B made a motion to approve donations of $11,270.00 –$11,150 from Giving Tues and $120.00 from Christmas Fest toward the new Ambulance Campaign Fund that were received since the last meeting, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 6-0
  14. DeWayne R made a motion to approve Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by Terry O, Carried 6-0
  15. DeWayne R made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment, MAIN ACCT—CHECKS 9328-9366 E-Pays 453-463, Friends Acct—Checks 1119-1120 Grant Acct Transfers E-pay 6-25 & 7-25, 2nd by Don B, Carried 6-0
  16. Review Correspondence—emails from Hometown Land Title Company, Quickbooks change to now charging for paychecks at $2.50 ea starting 2/1/2026
