Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. DeWayne R Congratulated and introduced the New Fire Chief-Lance Nielsen and EMS Director-Sam Zemaitis.
  4. Don B made a motion to approve October 9, 2025 Meeting Minutes, 2nd by Terry O, Carried 6-0
  5. Public Input—Linda Zilmer mentioned sustainability and essential that incoming personnel are trained for positions.
  6. Don B made a motion to approve the 2024 Audit that was presented @ the Oct 13, 2025 meeting, 2nd by Scott S, Carried 6-0
  7. Fire Department Report-See Attached report, Ken thanked everyone for the opportunity to serve and work with everyone on the board
  8. Ambulance Service Report-See Attached report, Reminder of giving Tues is scheduled for Dec 2
  9. Report from Bylaws Committee-No update
  10. Building Maintenance report-Air filters were changed
  11. Capital Campaign for New Ambulance nothing to report

    VOB—Congratulated both Fire Chief and EMS Director. Mentioned he had reservation when put on the Board for the Village but found it was a good thing.
