Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  4. Public Input—Linda Zillmer-update on Enovation Grant process.

  6. Ambulance Service Report-See Attached report
  7. Friends of BFCESD Report-See Attached report
  8. Building Maintenance report-Emergency Lighting batteries were installed
  9. Terry O made a motion to approve Al D & Cindy F as Authorized Officers for the DSB
    Credit Card Acct and issue Cards to the EMS/Fire Directors, 2nd by Don B., Carried 5-0
  10. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance- No new Donations
  11. New Business

  12. No new donations rec’d since last meeting
  13. Don B made a motion to approve Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by Terry O, Carried 5-0
  14. Terry O made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment

  15. Review Correspondence—Elan Credit card change of Authorized Officer form
  16. Commissioners Input- TOB-Nothing, TOCL-Glad they put the rehab trailer together years ago, it was utilized for a sub zero fire last month, TOD-Nothing, TOE-Absent, TOLL-Nothing, TOW-Nothing, VOB-Absent
