Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. DeWayne R made a motion to approve the April 9, 2025 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by Don B, Carried 7-0
  4. Public Input-Linda Zilmer mentioned that it’s been a while since County Board members have been present at our meeting. Training for Emergency situations for town board officials.
  5. Election of Officers, Cindy F nominated Al Dirkes for President, 2nd by Scott S. no other nominations floor was closed, Cindy F nominated DeWayne R for Vice President 2nd by Terry O, no other nominations, floor was closed, Terry O nominated Cindy F for Secretary/Treasurer, 2nd by Al D, no other nominations floor was closed.Don B made a motion to close the election of officers, 2nd by Terry O, Carried 7-0
  6. Building Public Notice as presented and approved by the board to post on all walk-thru doors.
  7. Fire Department Report-See attached report
  8. Ambulance Service Report-See attached report
  9. Friends of BFCESD Report-See attached report
  10. Building Maintenance report- Pest Control for 2026 $350.00, Contacting Rice Lake Door to maintenance the overhead door.
  11. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance Only addition was the interest per acct.

  13. No donations that were received since the last meeting.
  14. Don B made a motion to approve the Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 7-0
  15. Terry O, made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment since the April 9th meeting, Main Acct E-pay 513-524., Checks 9466-9481, 9482 For Golf Tourn Cash Startup. Friends Acct –E-pay 14-26 Check # 1122. EMS-CPR E-pay 13-26, 2nd by Don B, Carried 7-0
