Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2026 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Don B. made a motion to approve the May 14, 2026 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 6-0
  4. Public Input-None
  5. Discussion was made and Terry O. made a motion for the Allocation of Hansen & Young Auction Funds, to go to the radios for the New Fire Truck and Ambulance and remaining funds be put into the Building Fund Capital Acct, 2nd by Don B, Carried 6-0
  6. Fire Department Report-See attached report Lance mentioned that the Lions Club is looking for help the evening of July 18 in the concession stand.
  7. Ambulance Service Report-See attached report. Sam present information on
    1. Pinnacle EMS Leadership Forum (Conference opportunity: July 12-15, 2026)
    2. Ambulance Service Manager Program (Continuing education; semester-long program, Fall 2026)
  8. Friends of BFCESD Report-See attached report
  9. Building Maintenance report- 6 Emerg Lights need new batteries or replaced. Robotka will mow the north hill.
  10. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance as of 6/8/2026 the ambulance is paid for from some very generous donors from the Golf Tournament. This doesn’t include the funds from the Sleik Golf Tournament.

    TOB—N/A, TOCL–N/A, TOD—N/A, TOE-Absent, TOLL—N/A, TOW—discuss the need of a new laptop with more space on it for the District Bookkeeper, suggestion to get an external hard drive, VOB- Amazing job with fund raising the Friends Group is doing, mentioned Ashley B asked about the lifejacket loaner board progress.
  12. DeWayne R. made a motion to approve donations that were received since the last meeting of $2,502.50 to Amb, $2,502.50 to Fire, $30,000 to Amb Truck Fund, 2nd by Terry O., Carried 6-0
  13. Don B made a motion to approve the Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by Rick O., Carried 6-0
  14. Terry O. made a motion to approve the Bills as presented for payment since the May 14 meeting, Main Acct–E-pays 525-536, Checks-9482-9527, Friends Acct-E-pay 15-26 to 16-26, Check #1124-1125, EMS-CPR Acct-E-pay 14-26, 2nd by Don B., Carried 6-0
