Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Terry O. made a motion to approve June 11, 2026 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 6-0.
  4. Public Input-Linda Zillmer mentioned hazard mitigation planning that is being done in Washburn & Sawyer Cty. Washburn put out a sheet on who and how to contact.
  5. Allocation of Hansen & Young Auction Funds $70.63 check rec’d
    Cindy F. made a motion to move the $70.63 to the Building Capital acct for building expenses, 2nd by Don B., Carried 6-0.
  6. Fire Department Report-See report
  7. Ambulance Service Report-See report
  8. Friends of BFCESD Report-Mikana Bake Sale/Float Sales were $2269.00.
  9. Building Maintenance report- New Security lights being ordered.
  10. Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance nothing to add since last meeting except interest.

  12. Terry O. made a motion to approve donation of $500 to the Amb & Fire Dept of $500 from the Mikana Parade Committee that were received since the last meeting, 2nd by Don B, Carried 6-0.
  13. Don B. made a motion to approve Bookkeepers reports as presented, 2nd by Terry O., Carried 6-0.
  14. DeWayne R. made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment since the June 11 meeting, Main Acct E-pay 537-552 and Checks# 9528-9546,
    Friend Acct check # 1125-1126,
    CPR Acct Epays 15-26 & 16-26, 2nd by Rick O., Carried 6-0.
