- Public Input—Linda Zilmer-Asked about getting bylaws updated. When doing budgets please have them as an open meeting and consider the levies.

- Present information on Stryker Equipment purchase
Discussion was made and Rick O. made a motion to approve the purchase on deferred payment schedule, if possible, if not pay for it in full, 2nd by Cindy F. Carried 4-0

- Friends of BFCESD Report- Friends of the BFCESD will be funding the DNR Life Jacket cost until DNR reimbursement is rec’d.
- Al D, DeWayne R, Don B and Cindy F will meet with the Fire & Amb to start Budget process on Aug 18th @ 6:00.
- –ITEM TABLES- Discuss separating Fire/Amb Capital Acct monies from Main Acct checking monies Al D. and Cindy F. will meet with Sterling Bank officers.
- Terry O. made a motion to trans the Building Donation money in the Grant Acct of $1509.56 to Building Capital Acct. Carried 7-0
- Sam Z discussed on Hazard Mitigation Planning progress that is done by the Counties and municipalities.
- Building Maintenance report—new security light purchased.
- Terry O. made a motion to approve Prepay for 7,500 gallons of Propane @ $1.39 per gallon minus the statement balance left of $3493.15 as of 7/30/26, 2nd by Don B.
Carried 7-0 - Updates on Capital Campaign for New Ambulance only interest to report on both accts for a total of $415,470.28 as of 8/1/2026.

Total Donations of $4,550, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 7-0
