Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold a meeting on May 13th, 2021 6:30 PM at the 

at the BFCESD offices at 101 West Loomis Street, Suite B, Birchwood WI

 

AGENDA OF DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS

  1. Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Roll Call.
  3. Approve April 8, 2021 Meeting Minutes.
  4. Public Input.
  5. Fire Department Report.
  6. Ambulance Service Report.
  7. Fundraising Committee report.
  8. Open discussion regarding building project and direction going forward.
  9. Determine maximum financial support needed from the seven member entities to move forward with the Fire & Ambulance building construction in 2022.
  10. Approve donations that were received since the last meeting.
  11. Approve Bookkeepers report
  12. Approve Bills as presented for payment.
  13. Review Correspondence.
  14. Commissioners Input.
  15. Adjourn.

A quorum of board members from each municipality may be present. No actions will be taken by any participating governmental body other than those stated in this notice.
