Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District Building Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday November 4th, 2021 6:30 PM at the 

at the BFCESD offices at 101 West Loomis Street, Suite B, Birchwood WI.

 

AGENDA OF DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS

  1. Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Roll Call.
  3. Review Action Items from 22 September 2021 meeting.
  4. Review and update (as required) Building Construction Contract. [Note that this will be a detailed review so if the committee members can read through the documents ahead of time that would help facilitate the discussion.]
  5. Review building schedule.
  6. Adjourn.

A quorum of board members from each municipality may be present. No actions will be taken by any participating governmental body other than those stated in this notice.
