Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold a meeting on Thursday at the Birchwood School Commons

AGENDA OF DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS

  1. Roll Call
  2. Previous Meeting Minutes
  3. Public Input
  4. Fire Department Report
  5. Ambulance Service Report
  6. Approve donations that were received since the last meeting
  7. Update from Building Committee
  8. Discuss and vote on whether to start construction of the new building prior to raising the total cost of the project.
  9. Vote on whether to extend and/or accept partial payments on the
    Promissory notes for the new building
  10. Report from BFCESD Bylaws Development Committee, discussion of
    updated Constitution and By-laws, vote on the updated Constitution and
    By-laws
  11. Discussion and vote on whether to increase the SAP match for
    Firefighters and EMT’s for the interest ($1,376.69) forfeited by the
    sponsor change
  12. Discussion and take action regarding Cedar Lake’s failure to pay their
    2020 assessment.
  13. Approve Bookkeepers report and approve bills
