B. AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS TO PRESENT

1) Ambulance Assessment Amended July 14, 2011 agenda item #29, effective for 2012 assessments (minutes attached). 

2) Town of Long Lake Withdrawal from Ambulance Service announced September 8, 2011 agenda #11, effective October 1, 2011 and October 13, 2011 agenda #4 and #20 (minutes attached). 

3) Town of Birchwood Withdrawal from Fire Service and Ambulance Service Sections 1 through 24 in T38N R10W announced September 30, 2010, with effective date of December 31, 2010. Withdrawal from Fire Service and Ambulance Service Sections 25 through 36 in T38N R10W effective December 31, 2015.

4) Town of Birchwood Fire and Ambulance Service correction from Amendment 3) above to:  Sections 25 through 36 of T38N R10W, except the NE ¼ of the NE ¼, Government Lot 4 lying East of the East Shore of Mud Lake, All in Section 30, T38N, R10W.  Also, Sections 1 through 36 of T37NR10W except the area covered by the Village of Birchwood, Washburn County.  Updated disillusion percentages in 16.d) to account for correction of Amendment 3 above. Added numeration to amendments for clarity.  

5) Creation of BFCESD Auxiliary per Paragraph 17. (Approved 9/8/2022)

6) Town of Birchwood transitions to 100% coverage for EMS service effective January 2, 2024 and aka (also known as) “Friends of the BFCESD” in Paragraph 17.  (Approved 12/14/2023)

7) ADDITION TO PARAGRAPH #17 b. ii a. The Auxiliary shall develop and maintain an annual budget approved by the Joint Board.
#17 b. ii b. The Auxiliary may spend funds under the Auxiliary ledger without Joint Board approval as long as the funds spent are within the approved budget from (a.) above.
#17 b. ii c. Any funds the Auxiliary proposes to spend outside of the approved budget shall be brought to the BFCESD Joint Board for approval prior to the funds being allocated. (Approved 4/11/2024)

8) #3 b Town of Cedar Lake Coverage to match the Barron Cty Dispatching Map To OMIT SECTIONS 9,35 & 36. To ADD SECTIONS 4,5 & East side of Red Cedar Lake Sections15,22,27 (Approved 12/12/2024)
