15. COMMITTEES

All committees are formed for the purpose of making advisory recommendations to the Joint Board for action.
The Joint Board reserves all decision-making authority foritself.
All committees will be chaired by a Joint Board member.
Committee members shall be appointed by the President,subject to approval by the Joint Board.
The Building and Equipment Committee shall be a standing committee.
