Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Don B. made a motion to approve Dec 12, 2024 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by
    DeWayne R., Carried 6-0
  4. Public Input-Linda Z. gave an update on the Sand Lake issue with Sawyer Cty EMS
    service.
    Steve B from the Birchwood Bobcats was present and was going to present the
    BFCESD Amb Track Fund with checks from the Bobcats and the Snow Barrons from
    MN, but didn’t get the check so will present them to Vince F. and Al D. at the Bobcats
    meeting on Jan 15 @ 7pm.

  7. Friends of the BFCESD Report-See Report, Will serve food at the WI Fire Association
    meeting Jan 22
  8. Building Maintenance report-Ken reported overhead door issues, replaced some of the
    weather stripping. Will have Rice Lake Door look at rear door.
  9. Long Term Capital Plan Update—No updates
  10. Updates on Capital Campaign for UTV Tracks-Vince F mentioned that tracks were
    delivered. New Ambulance-no updates.

  12. DeWayne R. made a motion to approve donations that were received since the
    last meeting of $9,629.68– $6,944.62 to AMB UTV TRACKS FUN, $1,985.06 to AMB
    TRUCK FUND and $700.00 to Fire Dept in Memory of Buddy Robotka, 2nd by Bob
    M, Carried 6-0
  13. Don B. made a motion to approve Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by DeWayne
    R., Carried 6-0
  14. Bob M. made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment
