Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Don B made a motion to approve the Jan 9, 2025 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by DeWayne R, carried 6-0
  4. Public Input-Nothing
  5. Fire Department Report -See Report, Ken G gave notice of stepping down from the Fire Chief’s position on 11/30/2025. He will still be active and will be there to help out with the hiring process of a new Chief.
  6. Ambulance Service Report-See Report
  7. Friends of the BFCESD Report-See Report
  8. Building Maintenance report-Ken is checking on rectifying the water that is running thru the neighbor by the BFCESD’s garage to the north.
  9. Long Term Capital Plan Update-Cindy is meeting with Mike H. to see how to update the spreadsheet.
  10. Updates on Capital Campaign for UTV Tracks and New Ambulance- Donation of $50,0000 rec’d have in the New Ambulance Funds— Capital Acct $121,457.13 + Amb Campaign Fund $53,065.29 total of $174,522.42

  13. Don B made a motion to approve Bookkeepers reports for Feb & March 2025 as presented, 2nd by Bob M, carried 6-0

    TOCL-Ask about an update on new Fire truck. Jeremy gave an update on it. Sent condolences to Cindy in the loss of her mother.

    TOLL- Sent condolences to Cindy in the loss of her mother. And thanked the board for the time he was on the board and as of the May meeting a new person will most likely be representing Long Lake.
    TOW—I want to thank everyone for their support the last 2 months with me being gone a lot because of my mother. It means a lot to know that we have such great community that is there when one needs them.
