Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Scott Spaeth made a motion to approve the Sept 14, 2023 Meeting Minutes withchange of #19 from Jan 1, 2021 to Jan 2, 2024, 2nd by Al Dirkes, carried 5-0, Bob Mand Mike H abstained.
  4. Public Input-Linda Zilmer-WTA meeting regarding Shared Revenue, Levy Limit.Question on agreement to accept an area to the Amb Service.

  10. Mike Hessling made a motion to approve Long Term Capital Plan for Fire as presented and Ambulance Dept as Plan D, with reporting to board every couple months, 2nd by Dan Wichser, Carried 7-0

  14. Al Dirkes made a motion to approve donations of $470.00 that were received since the last meeting. $20.00 Donation and the sales of cookbooks of $450.00 to the BFCESD Auxiliary Acct, 2nd by Bob Moulette, carried 7-0
  15. Dan Wichser made a motion to approve the Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by Rick Oswalt, carried 7-0
  16. Rick Oswalt made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment

  17. Review Correspondence—letter from Village regarding water/sewer, Mike Hessling made a motion to approve check # 8647 to Village of Birchwood for the amount of $603.72 for Water/Sewer, 2nd by Scott Spaeth, carried 7-0, email from TOCL- regarding reimbursement of Building Fund money.
