Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI.

  3. Rick O made a motion to Approve the Sept 12, 2024 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd  by Don B, Carried 5-0
  4. Public Input- None
  5. Birchwood Lions Club have asked to have their meeting at the BFCESD Station on   Nov 7th @ 6 pm and EMS & Fire be a part of it.
    Don B made a motion to approve the Lions Club to have their meeting at the BFCESD Station on 11/7/24, 2nd by Cindy F, Carried 5-0
  6. Fire Department Report-See Attached
  7. Jeremy presented the documents on the purchase of the new Fire Dept Truck
    Scott S made a motion to approve the purchase of the new Fire Dept that was presented, 2nd by Rick O , Carried 5-0
  8. Don B made a motion to Approve Snow plowing contract from Countryside Landscaping, 2nd by Rick O, Carried 5-0
  9. Ambulance Service Report-See Report
    Scott S donated candy for the Trunk or Treat on the 26th and the Main Street Walk on the 31st.
  10. BFCESD Auxiliary Report-nothing no meeting held 
  11. Building Maintenance report, Ken will get someone to come and spray for bugs in the Station.  Will set up a Spring and Fall pest control for 2025.
    New Wisconsin Flag will be ordered by Cindy
  12. No Changes Long Term Capital Plan Update
  13. Updates on Capital Campaign for new Ambulance, Cindy is working with Sam & Jeremy to get website updated and flyers printed.  Sam is working on applying for Grants for the New Ambulance purchase.

  17. Don B made a motion to Approve Bills as presented for payment,
    Main Acct checks presented #8984 to 9002 and E-Pay 314-319    2nd by Scott S, Carried 5-0
