Birchwood Four Corners Emergency Services District will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM, at the BFCESD Building, 280 Edenharter Rd, Birchwood WI

  3. Bob M made a motion to approve the Aug 8, 2024 Meeting Minutes as presented, 2nd by Rick O, Carried 6-0
  4. Public Input—Kathy M had some questions on EMS Service area etc.
  5. Brandon Williger-Presented the BFCESD 2023 Audit VIA Zoom.
    Don B made a motion to approve the 2023 Audit presented by Brandon Williger of Two Rivers Accounting  LLC, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 6-0
  6. Fire Department Report—See attached report
    Approved updated 2025 Fire Department Budget with correction of line item # 4303 with the correct amount via individual email vote of 7-0.
  7. Ambulance Service Report—See Attached report
  8. Don B made a motion to Approve the recommendation of write off list presented of Outstanding AMB patient bills from Expert Billing as listed on spreadsheet of $145,808.00 that are not collectable, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 6-0
  9. BFCESD Auxiliary Report—See Attached Report 
  10. Building Maintenance report—
    Ken G—Wash out going to retaining pond has rock and black dirt put on it.  A1 retail has a mower for $75 a day to mow where Daryl R can get. Ken called about overhead doors and hasn’t gotten a response back.
    Vince F—mentioned about planting pines on the north hill side
  11. Long Term Capital Plan Update-Report Updated with the addition of the new UtV and Trailer info
  12. Update on Capital Campaign for new Ambulance, Cindy, Sam & Jeremy will work on getting info on the website.

  14. Bob M made a motion to approve donations to the Friends of BFCESD Acct that were received since the Aug 8th meeting of $110, $100.00 to the BFCESD  plus 2 @ $5 for Cookbook donation, 2nd by Don B, Carried 6-0
  15. Rick O made a motion to approve the Bookkeepers report as presented, 2nd by DeWayne R, Carried 6-0
  16. Don B made a motion to approve Bills as presented for payment
    Main Acct E-pays #307-313   and CHECKS # 8932-8983, 2nd by DeWayne R,  Carried 6-0
  17. Review Correspondence—Audit information from Two Rivers Accounting
