The Joint Board shall elect, from among themselves, aPresident, Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer, each of whom shall serve for a term of two years. Election of officersshall take place in Juneof odd numbered years following theTown and Village elections in April of that year.
Officers shall be elected by the Joint Board followingnominations from Board members and roll call vote.Nominations for President, Vice-President andSecretary/Treasurershall be conducted in theaforementioned order.
Officer vacancies during the two-year term shall be filled byelection at the first regular Joint Board meetingfollowing thevacancy. Officer vacancies shall be filled by the Joint Boardfollowing open nominations and roll call vote. A Presidentfilling such a vacancy shall take office immediately followingadjournment of the meeting at which elected.
